Age Care 2008 - 2009 School Year (TOP)
The YMCA offers
a BEFORE and AFTER school program within the Baldwinsville
School district. The School Age program reinforces
positive values in a caring atmosphere. The children
build confidence, trust, and positive values by making friends
and taking part in group projects and activities where fair
play, team work and responsibility are emphasized. Snack provided.

2008 - 2009 Kinder
Kids Club - Kindergarten Programs (TOP)
This enrichment
program is for children in the Baldwinsville school district
who attend 1/2 day Kindergarten and require after school child
care. As a registered member of the YMCA Kinder Kids Club,
your child is enrolled in AM kindergarten and is transported
to the Baldwinsville YMCA site at the Lysander Ice Arena.
Program Philosophy: At the YMCA, we believe your child should have
a safe, fun and nurturing environment to come to every day.
it is our goal to stimulate your child's mind through various
activities that promote creativity and foster social, emotional, & intellectual growth.
Staff: Our
certified teacher and assistants are trained in creative age-appropriate
programming, child abuse prevention, health and safety regulations,
CPR/First Aid, and behavior modification. All staff regularly
attend professional workshops and trainings. Staff are also
screened through the NYS Registry for Child Abuse and Maltreatment
and complete a NYS fingerprint screening. Staff are also licensed
to administer medications.
Program Hours:
AM Program (For PM Kindergartners) - 6:30am - 12:30 pm Fee: $115/week
PM Program (For AM Kindergartners) - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
